Refund Policy

1. No Refunds for Used Services
All payments made for membership plans or any other services on Loving.lk are non-refundable once the service has been activated or used.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Payment processed but service not activated within 48 hours.
- Unintentional charges caused by technical error (with proof).
3. Refund Request Procedure
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us at support@loving.lk within 7 days of the transaction. Include the following:
- Your full name and Loving.lk username
- Transaction ID and payment proof (screenshot or receipt)
- Reason for the refund request
4. Refund Processing Time
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days and returned to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to find a suitable match
- Account suspension due to violation of our terms
- Late refund requests (after 7 days)
